Sugar Marina Hotel - FASHION - Kata Beach

--- Sugar Marina Fashion is a wonderful hotel just a short walk from the beach. Besides the beauty of the property itself, what really stands out is the incredible level of care and dedication shown to the guests. On arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary minibar, slippers, a beach bag with mat, as well as separate towels for the pool and the beach. The staff is always available and ready to help with anything you might need. The location is also perfect, with small restaurants, a street food market, and all essentials just around the corner. During my stay, Bella and Sarah took care of me with such attention and kindness that they truly made the experience special.

The property is located really close to the beach and shops. It was sheltered and well away from the hustle and bustle so no issues with relaxing by the pool. Also really great block out blinds in the rooms. The team were really helpful, especially arranging neighboring rooms for the whole family - and also extending our stay when we had a plane delay. All the ladies at the desk were extremely kind including Ice and Bella. Thanks again for your help in quickly extending our stay .

The manager of the breakfast is an absolute gentleman, he is part of the reason we have returned for our 5th time to Sugar Marina . He takes customer service to an entire different level . What a legend . Thank him from Richard and Branka ( room 2105) We literally flew into Australia a few minutes ago and I already booked our next trip Oct for 2 weeks and I’m about to jump online and book Sugar Marina Fashion again . I’ve travelled to Phuket over 60 times , stayed at both resorts across the Rd on the water in their penthouse suites , views/ location amazing , staff and customer service needs a lot of work . Sugar Marina Fashion is my pick . 10/10👌👌👌👌

An absolute gem of a hotel, great placement close to the beach where I could’ve surfed for days, a gorgeous restaurant next door which houses their morning breakfast buffet but I’d also recommend just going there for their breakfast options, a gorgeous pool that I didn’t go In but could’ve climbed into literally form my balcony, and my favourite part was that I lay on the bed both ways and could not reach the ends

The hotel was 2 minutes by foot from the beach and the room was spacious with swimming pool access. The breakfast was great but served in a nearby restaurant. Also there was possibility to have early take away breakfast, specifically useful if you book a tour in Phuket.
